Cardiomagnyl is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with antiagregation action. 

Cardiomagnyl is taken orally for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. These include congestive heart failure and thrombosis. The medication is also used to treat unstable angina, prevent re-thrombosis of blood vessels and myocardial infraction.

Cardiomagnyl can also be used to prevent thromboembolism after survey on blood vessels, and coronoary artery bypass graft, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.
